This story could be considered soft vore. The protagonist is a video game designer named Mike Roman who develops a video game called Microman & Sally. He hires a teenager named Sally Stoner to portray the Sally character as they tour malls around the country, driving in the Micromobile.

Sally finds out about a research lab that is conducting experiments involving miniaturization, and the two of them break into the facility. After Mike uses the equipment to shrink, they are caught by the director of the facility, and Mike is given a wristband that will allow him to shrink. There's a catch; Mike has to wait one hour before he can re-enlarge again, and it is at that time that Sally decides to get the better of him by swallowing him.

Throughout this story, Sally is obsessed with swallowing Mike. He manages to survive because Sally drinks syrup of ipecac to puke him up. If you have any comments about Microman & Sally, this is the forum thread for that.

I've changed the name of this story to Micromage & Thundergirl, because the name Microman was trademarked. I didn't want to get into a legal dispute when I turn this story into a graphic novel.
